Appointment Booking & Payment Terms

1. Appointment Confirmation

All appointments booked through our platform are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation via email/SMS once your appointment is confirmed with the doctor.

2. Payment Processing

We accept payments through various secure payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorize us to charge the specified amount
  • Accept our refund and cancellation policies

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before appointment: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 6-24 hours before appointment: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before appointment: No refund
  • Doctor cancellation: Full refund or rescheduling option

2. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Service Disruption

In case of service disruption or technical issues preventing appointment completion, you will be entitled to a full refund or rescheduling.

User Responsibilities

1. Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, appointment booking, and payment processing.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in fraudulent activities, payment fraud, or misuse of our payment systems.

Limitation of Liability

Yashroop Hospital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our payment systems or appointment booking services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
