Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional 3-5 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment without any penalty if done at least 6 hours before the original appointment time. Simply select the "Reschedule" option instead of "Cancel" in your patient portal. Your payment will be transferred to the new appointment slot.
If the doctor or hospital cancels your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund automatically. We will also help you reschedule at your convenience and may offer priority booking for the inconvenience caused.
We do not charge separate cancellation fees. However, refund amounts are determined by the timing of your cancellation as per our policy. Cancellations within 6 hours of appointment time may not receive any refund, which effectively acts as a cancellation fee.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during booking. This includes credit/debit cards, UPI payments, net banking, and digital wallets. Cash payments made at the hospital will be refunded via bank transfer or cheque, which may take additional processing time.
